I would like to pass on the following data/information from analyses of the  regulons under control of the 3 Burkholderia pseudomallei DD503 quorum sensing systems.  It was obtained in a collaboration between my lab and the Nierman lab at JCVI using microarrays and RNA-seq on various quorum sensing knockout mutants.  It has never been published or released and, as I have retired it is likely it will never be formally published.  Please disseminate this data to the community for any and all uses.   I assure you the data is conservative and reliable; only genes regulated by at least 2-fold in both multiple microarray and RNA-seq determinations are presented. All the results and associated information about construction and verification of quorum sensing mutants used in the array and RNA-seq analyses is in the attached excel file.
